Web Conversion Specialist

Purpose

As a Web Conversion Specialist at albelli you will analyze and optimize the albelli website experience. You will bring an understanding of web analytics and conversion rate optimization and translate it into stunning user experience leading to commercial benefits.

You will significantly contribute to the data driven product development by translating data into actionable insights, communicating them to the team, and proactively driving the A/B testing process. You will present your findings to your product owner, conversion specialists, and other stakeholders.

You will work with in-house UI/UX designers, copywriters, developers, and analysts to get most out of our data with the use of variety of tools. The role is highly influential and you will be able to validate your data driven hypotheses on real visitors and customers.

You will have a chance to exchange experience with other talented conversion specialists and analysts. As a professional willing to learn, you are encouraged to join relevant conferences and meetups. All that in an open environment which gives you flexibility and also room for making mistakes.

Responsibilities

  • Define KPI’s for website performance and experiments;
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvements, using data and research;
  • Create hypotheses for experiments;
  • Cooperate with the team to build prototypes;
  • Setup experiments independently or with developers;
  • Monitor, evaluate experiments and present recommendations;
  • Coach and educate your team and the business about the data and experimentation.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience;
    • Hands-on experience with conversion optimization;
    • Research driven mindset and passion to work with data;
    • Experience with analytics / user feedback tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Usabilla etc.;
    • Experience with A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target, Visual Website Optimizer, Google Optimize, Optimizely etc.;
    • Experience with R;
    • Knowledge of UX principles and best practices and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
