Then join our company! As our plant is located in The Hague, you should be either based there or be able to work on-site at least 2 days per week (post Corona). 

Purpose

As our Recruiter, you are part of the Talent Acquisition Team and work closely together with our People Partners to hire the best people from around the world. You will help the business grow by finding professionals for our production facility in The Hague. 

You will be a trusted advisor for our Hiring Managers and stakeholders and consult them with your expertise. With your knowledge of the different channels and selection methods you will attract the right candidates and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. You will be part of shaping our Talent Acquisition strategy and processes to become a best in class Talent Acquisition function. 

Responsibilities:

  • Full life-cycle recruiting from the first intake with the hiring manager, managing the entire interviewing process to coordinating the offer;
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with the business to understand their recruitment needs;
  • Develop sourcing strategies and roadmaps and translate them into action;
  • Leverage and maximise the ATS from screening to posting open positions, managing applicants and closing the positions;
  • Showcase your passion for the industry - that means in-depth knowledge about competitors, target companies, relationships in open source networks;
  • Responsibility for projects around employer branding, data-driven recruitment, improving recruiting processes.

Requirements

You have a proven track record in a fast-paced international recruitment environment, preferably within production, customer care and logistics. As a true goal getter, you are driven to find the best candidates for your vacancies. You see the big picture and proactively bring ideas to continuously improve our processes. Your flexible, empathic and professional attitude helps you to engage with hiring managers and candidates. 

Next to that, you have:

  • At least a Bachelor degree in a related field with 4+ years of relevant recruitment experience;
  • Excellent command of the English and Dutch language, both written and verbally, mandatory;
  • Working experience in recruiting for production;
  • Knowledge of the latest trends of the market and experience with recruitment projects;
  • Ability to work with enthusiasm and energy in a flexible working environment.

COVID-19 update

For the safety of our employees and following the measures implemented due to COVID-19, we currently work differently. Our Amsterdam and Nijmegen offices are closed while our production facility in the Hague is operating with proper safety and health measures. Our Recruiting process is currently mostly remote via phone and video calls. Our new hires will have a remote onboarding since the well-being of our employees is our number one priority. For the time being, most of you will be working from home until further notice. This situation can change at any time.
