Purpose

As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely together with our Talent Acquisition to facilitate the movement of candidates through the recruitment process. This is a part-time position, ideal for a student looking to get some hands-on recruitment experience. This opportunity can be hybrid or remote as long as you reside in the Netherlands.

Your responsibilities

  •  Creating job posts and pushing them to relevant job boards
  • Supporting the recruitment team on different tasks, such as scheduling interviews and acting as point-of-contact to candidates for all interview administrative details as well as maintenance of our e-recruiting tool;
  • Manage candidates and liaise with hiring teams to schedule interviews quickly and efficiently
  • Be a reliable point-of-contact to candidates

Requirements

  •  You have a passion for Talent Management and Recruitment;
  • You are fluent in the English language, both spoken and written form; Dutch and/or Spanish would be a plus
  • You have very good communication skills and are able to collaborate with our colleagues throughout the company;
  • You are solution-focused, detail-oriented, and you have a proactive attitude;
  • You can work independently and in a team;
  • You are available at least 3 months.

The team here is made up of more than 50 nationalities, who work across all areas of the business with a focus on analytics, marketing, HR, and technology.
