Purpose

As our Recruiter, you are part of the Talent Acquisition Team and work closely together with our People Partners to hire the best people from around the world. You will help the business grow by finding professionals across our commercial business function.

You will be a trusted advisor for our Hiring Managers and stakeholders and consult them with your knowledge and expertise. With your knowledge of the different channels and selection methods you will attract the right candidates and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Full life-cycle recruiting from the first intake with the hiring manager, managing the entire interviewing process to coordinating the offer;
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with the business to understand their recruitment needs;
  • Develop sourcing strategies and roadmaps and translate them into action;
  • Leverage and maximise the ATS from screening to posting open positions, managing applicants and closing the positions;
  • Showcase your passion for the industry - that means building in-depth knowledge about competitors, target companies, relationships in open source networks;
  • Owning projects around employer branding, data-driven recruitment, diversity and improving recruiting processes.

Requirements 

You have a proven track record in a fast-paced international recruitment environment, preferably within eCommerce. You are driven to find the best candidates for your vacancies, you see the big picture and bring ideas to continuously improve our processes. Your flexible, empathic and professional attitude helps you to engage with hiring managers and candidates.

Next to that, you have:

  • At least a Bachelor degree in a related field and 4+ years of relevant recruitment experience within an agency and/or inhouse within an international company;
  • Working experience in recruiting for commercial positions;
  • Experience actively sourcing for candidates;
  • Knowledge of the latest trends of the market; 
  • An interest or experience with recruitment projects;
  • A proactive mindset and the enthusiasm to work in a flexible environment;
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbally.

COVID-19 update

For the safety of our employees and following the measures implemented due to COVID-19, we currently work differently. Our Amsterdam and Nijmegen offices are closed while our production facility in the Hague is operating with proper safety and health measures. Our Recruiting process is currently entirely remote via phone and video calls. Our new hires will have a remote onboarding since the well-being of our employees is our number one priority.
