People Team

You will be joining a high performing, fun and developing People Team that is on a mission to establish an environment where people develop their best career moments with albelli. In our People Plan & Strategy we focus on 4 pillars:

At this moment, our People Team is in transition mode to develop from a local country-based set-up to a One People Team for albelli. Together with the People Partner in France and led by the Head of People, you will work in the Manufacturing/Care team.

The position

We are currently looking for temporary maternity cover (15 March-1 September 2021) for our People Partner. In this role as People Partner you are sparring partner of the business areas Customer Care and Plant in The Hague. Together with the team you are responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the People policy and People practices in your departments. Based on our strategic organizational goals you help your departments to develop the best in managers and employees, and support the business in general People related matters.

Responsibilities

• You take and feel responsibility for the success of the organization and the departments you work for.
• You define and guide actions and projects that support the realization of the desired developments from a People perspective.
• You provide advice, guidance and support to managers through developing, documenting and communicating on people related matters such as individual employee relation cases, employee engagement, L&D, (long-term) illness etc.
• You lead or participate in people practices, initiatives and projects.
• You act as a coach and sparring partner for Customer Care and Plant as well as our People Team management and colleagues.
• You deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
• You are first contact for peak staffing for Plant & Customer Care to agencies.
• You are part of the Customer Care MT team.

Requirements

• You have a high energy level, a positive attitude and power to execute to achieve the objectives in a rapidly changing organization.
• You communicate clearly and flawlessly in Dutch and English.
• You have a completed HBO/WO education, are analytically strong and have at least 3 years of experience as an HR consultant/advisor/business partner.
• You are driven to achieve results for the organization and its employees, both on your own and in a team.
• You are a knowledgeable HR professional with the network to get the right information.
• You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch (labor) law.
• You switch easily between strategic issues and operational problems; you are able to translate problems into solutions.
• You are self-starter and able to advise and challenge your stakeholders.
• You are a strong and decisive personality and feel comfortable in a competitive environment where you are able to motivate and influence from natural authority.
• You are willing and eager to invest in your knowledge of the business in order to support it as best as possible.

For the safety of our employees and following the measures implemented due to COVID-19, we currently work differently. Our Amsterdam and Nijmegen offices are closed while our production facility in the Hague is operating with proper safety and health measures. Our Recruiting process is currently mostly remote via phone and video calls. Our new hires will have a remote onboarding since the well-being of our employees is our number one priority.
