At this moment, our People Team is in transition mode to develop from a local country-based set-up to a One People Team for albelli. Together with the People Partner in France and led by the Head of People, you will work in the Manufacturing/Care team.
We are currently looking for temporary maternity cover (15 March-1 September 2021) for our People Partner. In this role as People Partner you are sparring partner of the business areas Customer Care and Plant in The Hague. Together with the team you are responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the People policy and People practices in your departments. Based on our strategic organizational goals you help your departments to develop the best in managers and employees, and support the business in general People related matters.
For the safety of our employees and following the measures implemented due to COVID-19, we currently work differently. Our Amsterdam and Nijmegen offices are closed while our production facility in the Hague is operating with proper safety and health measures. Our Recruiting process is currently mostly remote via phone and video calls. Our new hires will have a remote onboarding since the well-being of our employees is our number one priority. For the time being, most of you will be working from home until further notice. This situation can change at any time.
