About the role
As Marketing Specialist Germany you are part of the markets team. You will join a team of 5 ambitious professionals with a great passion for marketing. Together with the Market Lead Germany you will be responsible for the growth of albelli Germany’s revenue and market share. You coordinate and implement PAN-EU and local marketing campaigns and are constantly looking for new initiatives and opportunities to grow our brand.

Main responsibilities

  • Create budget, forecasts and KPI-reports in collaboration with the Market Lead;
  • Contribute to the development of the marketing strategy and the yearly marketing and sales plan;
  • Operationalize the strategy and plans in close cooperation with internal central teams such as the Social team, the CRM team and the Brand team;
  • Development and execution of local campaigns (f.e. social influencers, inserts, DM);
  • Writing and reviews of copy that gets back from the translation agency;
  • Development of local partnerships with media and business partners;
  • Management of and cooperation with external agencies and partners;
  • Competitor research.


For this role you need to be ambitious, results-driven and pro-active. As a team player with well-developed social skills you will work together with colleagues across many teams and nationalities. You have excellent copy writing skills and are flawless in German grammar. Your English is very well in both writing and speaking too, as English is the language we communicate in within our company.

Next to that:

  • You have fluent German language skills, both written and spoken (mandatory);
  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing (or in a related field);
  • You have 4+ years of German market experience in a B2C eCommerce environment;
  • You are data driven and know how to make decisions based on data and analyses;
  • You have extensive knowledge of Social Media and know how to set up successful campaigns with influencers and our own social channels;
  • You are no stranger to offline channels and know how to create an impactful 360 campaign;
  • Having a network of e.g. media agencies, publishers or possible companies for a partnership in Germany is a strong plus;
  • You are well organized and know how to plan your tasks well to meet all deadlines.

Our Amsterdam and Nijmegen offices are closed while our production facility in the Hague is operating with proper safety and health measures.
