You will manage the central marketing campaign and promotion planning with the objective of increasing revenue & efficiency in collaboration with our local commercial teams, product marketing, analytics & online channels. You will be continuously optimizing the commercial journey, monitoring conversion metrics, and working on gaining more customer insights to optimize the customer value by feeding our commercial & marketing agenda & strategy.

You will be part of the Central Planning team that’s responsible to deliver the omnichannel promotion and campaign plan; defining customers ‘next best action, presenting our website visitors with the most commercially persuasive journey, to increase customer LTV and satisfaction.

Planning Management

  • Develop a deep understanding of how APG (Albelli Photobox Group) marketing channels are working together
  • Actively seek insights from key stakeholders regarding consumer behavior & data that can better direct the definition & optimization of promotional and campaign planning
  • Develop and own the central campaign plan in relation with commercial and marketing teams
  • Monitor channel activity and ensure alignment in communication, promotional levels and working with stakeholders to deliver smooth campaign launches
  • Create media brief for Brand & Creative departments and manage end-to-end process to ensure consistent assets delivery across all marketing channels.

Customer Performance monitoring

  • Regularly monitor campaign performance, analyzing closely key metrics like: AOV, First/Reorder behavior, LTV and mobile performance/trends.
  • Through analysis, highlight and recommend key actions and work with stakeholders to drive initiatives forward, with various teams throughout the organization
  • Understanding our customer segments, keeping them top of mind when making strategic recommendations


  • A bachelor/higher degree in marketing, analytics or economics
  • 5 years experience in ecommerce marketing
  • Understanding and experience in online campaign planning.
  • Able to manage several ongoing projects at a single time
  • Data driven, and analytical knowledge is a must
  • Ability to get the most out of stakeholders
  • Hands-on mentality

We are working in a hybrid environment and this role is based in our Amsterdam office, located in the centre of city next to Central Station with stunning views of the harbour, and the numerous canals running through the old city. The office is spread over five floors, with ample amenities and easy walking distance to nearby shops, cafes, and restaurants. The team here is made up of more than 50 nationalities, who work across all areas of the business with a focus on analytics, marketing, HR, and technology
