Purpose

The purpose of the Marketing Consultant role is to partner with our colleagues in Marketing to help them make better decisions faster.

You will engage stakeholders in the Country, Channel, and Product teams to identify, refine and prioritise top business questions, design and conduct analysis to generate insights, and develop stories, recommendations, and actions that drive significant business value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business stakeholders in identifying, refining, and prioritising key business questions.
  • Define analysis plans and conduct analysis to generate insights and answer business questions and hypotheses.
  • Manage analytics projects end-to-end, ensuring that analysis generates insights, and insights become compelling recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide variety of teams and seniorities across the organisation. Manage and influence stakeholders so that insights and recommendations are adopted by the business and drive value.
  • Continuously optimise internal processes for greater efficiency through scale and automation.
  • The business questions we work on cover topics such as: pricing & promotional strategy, customer life-cycle, segmentation, contact strategy, marketing investment optimisation, market strategy, predictive modelling, demand forecasting, and more.
