Join the Customer Care Technology team and help to innovate and improve the day-to-day work of our Customer Care agents. You will be responsible for delivering, integrating and maintaining high value Customer Care systems and tools, such as web applications using client, server and AWS cloud technologies. In addition, you will also work on testing and automating the product design process.
Our Customer Care Technology team is an international, autonomous, and agile team of developers, an IT supporter and a Product Owner. The base location of the team is in our Amsterdam headquarter office, with regular visits to our printing facility in The Hague, where the Customer Care agents are located.
The team has daily interactions with the agents that are helping our customers. We have a comprehensive overview of every aspect of albelli, from the manufacturing automation to the customer journey, and you will collaborate with all the other internal IT teams.
The team is also focused in helping you to grow as a developer: We have monthly dev days where you can work on your personal growth, try some new ideas and learn new technologies.
