Display & Paid Social Marketing Intern

We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Display & Paid Social intern who’s curious, open-minded and motivated to acquire work experience in one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe. By joining the Display & Paid Social team, you will be joining a savvy Performance Marketing Team.

The position

As a Display & Paid Social intern, you contribute to growing the channel revenue and help setting and optimising campaigns for one or more large accounts on social media and the display network. Our Display & Paid Social activity is a key area to scale and improve in the online strategy. We are looking for an ambitious person and a fast learner who embraces new challenges and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You are curious, have an eye for detail and will quickly get a sense of the bigger picture.


  • Build, manage and optimize campaigns on Facebook/ Instagram
  • Create and analyse KPI reportings
  • Contribute to Display targets for all Albelli labels in Europe
  • Implement improvements and ideas that yield result
  • Leverage actionable insights created in the team
  • Team player at all times to share and communicate anything that could benefit to the team
  • Stay up to date with all latest changes/updates related to Facebook and Google display products


For this function, we are looking for someone with an enthusiastic, self-managing and pro-active character, who can quickly pick up business, set priorities and dares to take ownership. You are brilliant at multitasking and a real team player. You can handle different priorities at the same time with outstanding results. You enjoy improving yourself and working in a team with other online marketing enthusiasts.

You also

  • Have developed solid analytical skills and are data savy
  • Are available 4-5 days a week for a minimum of 5 months; starting February 2022
  • Are thorough, accurate and have a strong attention to details
  • Have affinity for Social media, online user behaviour and you can spot new trends
  • Are deeply interested in web technologies and the latest developments and trends
  • Can think outside the box introducing fresh ideas, you take initiative combined with creativity and the proven ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager is considered an advantage
  • Good/excellent knowledge of a second language (Dutch, Swedish, German or Norwegian) is considered an advantage
  • Love photos in any form or shape! ;)

Internship Regulations

You must be enrolled at a university within the EU for the complete duration of your internship. We only consider hiring interns who are in possession of an EU passport or have a valid residence permit for the purpose of ‘study’ in the Netherlands for the full duration of the internship.

Amsterdam Office

We are working in a hybrid environment and this role is based in our Amsterdam office, located in the centre of the city next to Central Station with stunning views of the harbour, and the numerous canals running through the old city. The office is spread over five floors, with ample amenities and easy walking distance to nearby shops, cafes, and restaurants. The team here is made up of more than 45 nationalities, who work across all areas of the business with a focus on analytics, marketing, HR, and technology.

COVID-19 update

For the safety of our employees and following the measures implemented due to COVID-19, we currently work differently. Our offices are closed while our production facilities are operating with proper safety and health measures. Our Recruiting process is currently entirely remote via phone and video calls. Our new hires will have a remote onboarding since the well-being of our employees is our number one priority. For the time being, most of you will be working from home until further notice.
