Resnap, an albelli company, is our most innovative brand, which is already revolutionizing the photo book market. Leveraging Artificial Intelligence, the Resnap solution is able to identify a customer’s best and most relevant photos, and automatically create a beautiful photo book. We’ve cut the time it takes consumers to create a photo book from several hours to just a few minutes. Launched in the past two years, we now have a thriving business spanning the USA, Europe and Australia. We’ve generated over 7 million digital photo books and shipped hundreds of thousands of photo books worldwide.

We are seeking a commercial Content Specialist who will own content creation across channels and define a performance-based content strategy which disrupts the market and helps us achieve our bold ambitions. You will work closely with our designer and take a hands-on approach by writing all our copy. You will also work closely with various channel marketers and other stakeholders including Facebook Advertising, Paid Search, SEO, CRM, Website and Customer Care. Our current guidelines will serve as your foundation to further refine and validate our performance driven content approach, using insights and learnings gained by continuously testing the content you create.

Purpose

The goal of this role is to define and create content for all our marketing channels in order to further grow and scale the Resnap brand with a primary focus on the US and Europe. You will achieve this through combining your creativity with a commercial focus, strategic thinking, excellent direct response writing skills and an ability to build strong collaborations across functions. The role reports into the Head of Resnap.

Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in defining the content across all channels and touchpoints within the customer journey in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Optimize and further refine the brand strategy, guidelines and positioning based on conversion insights and learnings
  • Create the copy for all written content and collaborate with the designer on visuals
  • Coordinate and prioritize content requests from across the organization and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Manage the translation process before the content is delivered to the channel owners and/or publish content for the channels where applicable (e.g. website)
  • Define and set up a learning agenda to optimize, test and iterate content in close collaboration with the channel owners

Requirements

  • University/higher education level (marketing and communication related)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in commercial copywriting and creative role
  • Affinity and interest in Performance Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Native-level English with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Experience working in an eCommerce, Digital or Tech environment
  • Experience in the US market is a big plus
  • Ability to build strong relationships with an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset
