We are looking for a Consumer & Market Research Lead with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team of 25 analysts and engineers responsible for generating the insights that guide us in making the right decisions and investments linked to our business priorities. As the Consumer & Market Research Manager at albelli, you will report to the Head of Data, Analytics, Planning & Pricing. You’ll will be working closely with various departments across the organization amongst others the markets, brand, product, customer care, editor teams, data analytics and CRM.
The aim of this role is to gain insights to be more efficient in decision-making and get to know our customers even better to offer relevance.
You’ll be fully responsible to lead projects from start to finish. For each project you make sure you understand internal stakeholders’ needs. From there you’ll propose a setup for the project and conduct the fieldwork by yourself via our DIY survey tool Collecthor, or together with external research agencies. You’ll also be responsible for converting the data into insights and potential actions and present the insights in a clear and understandable way. Also, you will be responsible for our NPS surveys, a continuous project with high visibility across the company.
