As the Consumer & Market Research Manager at albelli, you will report to the Head of Data, Analytics, Planning & Pricing. You’ll will be working closely with various departments across the organization amongst others the markets, brand, product, customer care, editor teams, data analytics and CRM.
The aim of this role is to gain insights to be more efficient in decision-making and get to know our customers even better to offer relevance.
You’ll be fully responsible to lead projects from start to finish. For each project you make sure you understand internal stakeholders’ needs. From there you’ll propose a setup for the project and conduct the fieldwork by yourself via our DIY survey tool Collecthor, or together with external research agencies. You’ll also be responsible for converting the data into insights and potential actions and present the insights in a clear and understandable way. Also, you will be responsible for our NPS surveys, a continuous project with high visibility across the company.

Our offices are closed while our production facilities are operating with proper safety and health measures. Our Recruiting process is currently entirely remote via phone and video calls. Our new hires will have a remote onboarding since the well-being of our employees is our number one priority.
We are working in a hybrid environment and this role is based in our Barcelona office, situated in a WeWork by Plaça de les Glòries Catalanes, a hub for technology and innovation. Within walking distance of public transport, the beach and shopping centres, the office has great facilities (coffee, tea, showers, bike parking, social events and more) with a modern working atmosphere. There are approx. 10 people in the office, who work across all areas of the business, with a focus on analytics, marketing, and technology.
